Microsoft Flight Sim Air Brake

Diplomarbeit Stadtkörper "

The project "City of body" was created as part of my dissertation at the Merz Academy in the summer semester 2005 Pathway "new media".
In my theoretical part I am concerned with the relationship between residents and their city. Regardless of the perspective considered this relationship, the conclusion is always similar. The city can not exist without its citizens who were not citizens without their city. This dependence and its various facets, I would like to make in my practical work on the negotiations. In this regime, residents the city in connection with specific places and activities are brought into the city. The city where my six themes emerged, the Hanseatic city of Bremen.

The thesis is developed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Media Communication, supervised by Monika Fleischmann.

Supervising Instructor (Merz Academy): Diedrich Diederichsen

Sympathy Card For A Muslim

Beauty is in the street

"Revolutionary urbanists are not only for the transport of things and make things in a world of frozen people. They will try to break these topological chains, by trying terrain on movement of people through authentic life. "(Guy Debord)

I construct a situation in which I use for a certain period of time that I know movement or . action spaces waived.

I am concerned with the question how can I create a link between two cities to the impressions of one to the other to transfer city. The role of habit should be the focal point. I would like to find out how I perceive a familiar environment when I follow through on their election, I have no control and which do not behave in a linear fashion to the road network. By defining the route only a possibility of movement caused by the city. To traverse the terrain a forward movement on foot is necessary, as running is to use a simple but changeable kind of space and the obstacles of the resulting path can be overcome only pretending. The experiment should be detained in photographs. A second person follows me with a camera.

implementation:

  • I draw one weeks long all my movements on foot through a map in Stuttgart.
  • My apartment is the starting point.
  • The resulting pattern I copy to the map of my hometown Chemnitz and put the starting point to a central point - the town hall.
  • now gives me the plan a route that I follow.

Why Is My Puppies Belly Growling

Klangmonster

The project "tone monster" includes the design of a multimedia CD-ROM for children and a style guide that gives a face to such use. The content is designed as a game. It is necessary to save the acoustic world. The Sound Monster Egon has broken down the beautiful sounds and their owners left for strange noises. The player is in the role of the agent, and must try to take away the monster the stolen notes and bring them back to their original environment. There are three missions. In the first, the user is in a circus. The second mission takes place at sea in a small hotel. Finally, the player must save the instruments in the opera house. The world of sound is out of danger, when all the sounds are found and brought back and put behind the monster Grid in the Ministry of sounds infected.

Bushel Sportsman 3-9x40 Scope Review

Back to sqare one

"Back to square one" deals specifically with the exhibition "Moving Territories," in collaboration of the Merz Academy with the Solitude of 27-29 June 2003. took place.
between the exhibits have been identified and relationships established. Links between the projects are designed and brought into relationship with the visitor. The result is a film that represents a construct of the object context. This contextual shift, we wanted to provide a further level of observation available, between the art projects, the visitor and the background of the exhibition space gives experimentally. By involving the visitors in the exhibition context is trying to offer the recipient a different constellation of exhibition projects, to stimulate a further thinking. As a grid laid over the exhibition, the contextual level at different positions in the space available on portable devices and opens the viewer the border between the real and the virtual showroom.
